Integrative Psychotherapy

Life can be messy and complicated at times and it can be easy to find ourselves in situations that are tricky to navigate. Past experiences, relationship struggles, self exploration, career shifts, chronic illness, loss, family dynamics, disordered eating, pregnancy and parenting are all things you do not have to work through alone. If you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed or are not feeling like the best version of yourself, I am here to help you mindfully navigate your journey in a compassionate, safe and therapeutic environment.

My philosophy

I believe that authenticity, trust and open communication are the basis of a healthy therapeutic relationship. Whether I am working with children, adults, couples or families, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive and caring environment for my clients that is based on mutual respect. I believe each client is unique and has individual strengths. I want to honor each client’s experiences and join them on their journey to becoming the best version of themselves. I believe that with the right support and tools, our bodies and minds are capable of healing.  I value a holistic, mind-body approach to natural healing. I merge research based mind-body techniques, ancient wisdom traditions and practices with modern neuroscience to help you achieve and experience transformation. I often utilize Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Mindfulness Based Compassionate Living, Hypnosis and Acceptance Commitment Therapy techniques during session. My specialties include compassion focused trauma recovery, women’s health and chronic illness.
