Do you accept insurance?

At Well Mind Body, we do not accept or file insurance directly. However, we provide super bills through your client portal, which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement under your out-of-network benefits. To find out if you have out-of-network coverage for mental health services, we recommend calling the number on the back of your insurance card. If you have any questions or need assistance with this process, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help!


Do you bill at the time of service?

Yes, payment is due at the time of service. We do require a credit card be on file prior to your appointment. All credit card information is encrypted in our HIPAA compliant software.

Each client is responsible for managing the finances of the psychotherapy relationship. We accept all credit cards and checks.

What is your cancelation policy?

Your session time is reserved for you. Sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours ahead of time to avoid a charge. Sessions that are not canceled 24 hour in advance will be billed to you.

Do you offer in person or virtual, telehealth sessions?


At Well Mind Body, we provide flexibility to meet your needs. All our services are available in person at our welcoming location at 3801 Kirby Drive, Suite 344, as well as through our HIPAA-compliant telehealth software for virtual sessions. Each session typically lasts 50 minutes, unless otherwise specified by your clinician. Whether you prefer to visit us in person or connect from the comfort of your home, we’re here to support you on your journey to wellness!

Can you share my information with anyone?

No. Confidentiality is strictly maintained in our practice and we follow HIPAA guidelines. We are committed to treating and using any protected health information responsibly.

If you would like our team to work with another health care provider on your behalf, you will be asked to sign a release of information prior to collaboration.

Will you share clinical information via email or text?

To protect your confidentiality and privacy in accordance with HIPAA compliance, we do not share any clinical or personal information through email or text. If you are a current client, please use your secure client portal to communicate with your therapist or to book an appointment.

Do you offer walk in appointments?

No. We see clients by appointment only.


What are your office hours?

Our clinic is open weekdays from 9-6pm. We are closed on the weekends. We offer a variety of office hours to accommodate schedules, and are committed to returning calls within 24 hours. Weekend inquiries will be returned on the next business day.

How can I book an appointment?

Do you provide psychotherapy via email, text or voicemail?

At Well Mind Body, we prioritize your privacy and security, so we do not offer psychotherapy services via email, text, or voicemail. However, we are available for brief administrative contact through these channels. Please keep in mind that email and text messages are not HIPAA compliant, and we cannot guarantee their privacy. If you have questions or need support, we encourage you to reach out through the secure channels available to you.

Do you provide emergency services?

At Well Mind Body, we focus on outpatient psychotherapy, and unfortunately, we do not offer emergency services or have an answering service. If you find yourself in need of immediate assistance or are experiencing a crisis, we encourage you to reach out to 911 or the Crisis Intervention of Houston Hotline at 713-468-5463. Your safety and well-being are important to us, and we want to ensure you receive the help you need.

Can you refill my prescriptions for psychiatric medications?

We understand how important it is to manage your medications, but at Well Mind Body, we currently do not have any psychiatrists on staff to handle prescription refills. However, we’re here to help! If you need a psychiatrist, we would be more than happy to provide you with a referral to ensure you receive the care you need.

How do I know if a therapist at Well Mind Body is right for me?

Finding the right therapist is essential, and we’re here to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible! We invite you to give us a call with any questions you may have, and to help you get started, we offer a free 15-minute phone consultation. This is a great opportunity to discuss your needs and see if one of our therapists is the right fit for you!
