Mary Beth’s path to becoming a clinical social worker was born from unimaginable tragedy. On August 8, 1998, her family’s life changed forever in a devastating car accident that claimed the life of her oldest son, Johnny, and left her second son, Christopher, with a traumatic brain injury. From that day forward, Mary Beth’s life and career took on a new purpose—to understand and help others navigate grief, trauma, and healing.
“I’ve struggled, explored, questioned, and discovered along the way,” Mary Beth says. “My own healing journey has given me a profound understanding of the realities and consequences of traumatic loss, and it’s now my mission to support others through their darkest moments.”
As a cancer survivor herself, Mary Beth is passionate about supporting and advocating for individuals and families who are navigating complex health diagnosis’.
