Upcoming Event: Curated Food and Wine Art Exhibition at Throughline Art Gallery

I am honored to be participating in a Curated Food and Wine Art Exhibition led by Houston Artists, Jeanette "Joy" Harris, Molly Koehn, and Diana Davis.

I feel humbled to be surrounded by such incredible artists and thought leaders in our community. During my contribution of the event, I will explore the fascinating intersection of psychology, the human mind, and the lived experience of time. Drawing from both scientific insights and the profound narratives of personal experience, I’ll delve into how our perception of time shapes our identity, emotions, and understanding of the world. We will consider the fluidity of memory, the role of mindfulness in stretching the present moment, and how art itself becomes a vessel for capturing, transcending, or even distorting time. Together, we’ll reflect on how the human mind navigates the paradox of time—always in motion, yet deeply tethered to moments that define us. My hope is to leave listeners inspired to see time not as a limitation but as a canvas for deeper connection and creative expression.
