Virtual Parent's Nest Session: Hosted by the Houston JCC and Elizabeth Miller

Grab your coffee and join the Virtual Parents Nest Monday, March 23 at 10:30 AM with Elizabeth Miller, LPC. Elizabeth will be beginning the session with a mindful meditation and grounding exercise, acknowledging how many things are difficult right now and then opening the floor for questions/conversation.

The Parent's Nest is a program hosted by the JCC and is designed to help parents of newborns through early childhood feel supported and connected with other parents. The Parent's Nest a great way to connect with other parents with newborns-toddlers in a safe environment.

Elizabeth Miller, Ph.D., LPC-S, LMFT

Dr. Elizabeth Miller is a psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, researcher, speaker, and mom of three, who specializes in women’s mental health, chronic illness, and compassion-focused trauma recovery. She opened her private clinical practice, Well Mind Body after identifying a need for an integrative and holistic approach to healing. She provides support for women, teenagers, couples, and families, who are looking for a mind-body approach to mental health. Dr. Miller merges modern neuroscience with research-based mind-body techniques to help her clients obtain optimal health.
