HSPVA Presentation on Teen Stress

I was recently invited to The High School for the Performing and Visual Arts here in Houston to talk with parents about Teen Stress and Stress Reduction Techniques.

I love working with teens and families in general, but stress reduction is one of my favorite topics because stress is a universal experience that we can all relate to in our own ways. I am passionate about helping parents find ways to support their teens and help them reduce the stress they experience.

Thank you HSPVA for inviting me into your school and providing a wonderful space for students to learn and create! I so enjoyed meeting everyone!
