Creative Mornings

I am so grateful that I have a job where I get to participate in and spread awareness about Mindfulness and Self-Compassion. My colleague, Jillian Winters, and I got to participate in Creative Mornings at Rothko Chapel this morning. Our host was Ann Friedman who is a Clinical Psychologist and Mindfulness teacher who owns Mindful Being here in Houston. Ann led us through a brief breathing exercise and meditation which was a wonderful start to the day. Thank you to Creative Mornings for hosting such a wonderful event and to Ann for speaking. Rothko Chapel, thank you for sharing your space!
